How to Manage Your Calendar Sync Settings
Once you have connected your external calendar accounts (like Google, Outlook, or iCloud) to Calpace, the Integrations settings page provides you with centralized control over how your bookings sync with them.
This page is not for adding new integrations, but for managing the sync behaviour of your already-connected calendars. This guide will walk you through the available options.
1. Accessing Your Integration Settings
To begin, navigate to the correct page within your account settings.
- From the main dashboard, click on Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
- In the "Account Settings" menu, select the Integrations tab.

2. Calendar Sync Management
This page gives you an overview of your connected calendars and allows you to configure how your services sync with them.

Connected Calendars
This section acts as a status dashboard. It displays all the external calendar accounts you have successfully connected to Calpace. A green dot and "Connected" status confirm that the integration is active and ready to be used.
Services Sync Status
This is where you control the main sync behaviour for your services.
- Bulk Sync (Enable sync for all services): This is the simplest way to manage your calendar sync. When the "Enable sync for all services" checkbox is ticked, it tells Calpace to automatically sync every service you offer to a single, primary calendar account.
- Primary Calendar Selection: Using the dropdown menu directly below the checkbox, you can select which of your connected calendars will serve as this primary destination. In the example, "Google Calendar" is chosen, meaning all bookings will be sent to that account.
Individual Service Configuration
This section shows how the bulk sync setting affects your individual services.
- When Bulk Sync is Enabled: As the on-screen message indicates ("Bulk sync enabled – individual settings disabled"), the ability to manage sync settings on a per-service basis is turned off. All services are automatically synced to the primary calendar you selected above.
- For Granular Control: If you need to sync different services to different calendars (e.g., sync "Work Meetings" to Outlook and "Personal Consultations" to Google), you would uncheck the "Enable sync for all services" box. This would then allow you to configure the sync destination individually within each service's settings.
