How to Manage Your Profile Settings
Your Calpace profile is where you manage your personal details, profile picture, and essential time settings. This information helps to personalize your booking pages and ensures that your account is configured correctly for your location.
This guide will walk you through each section of the Profile settings page.
Accessing Your Profile Settings
To begin editing your profile, you first need to navigate to the correct settings page.
- From the main dashboard, click on Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
- In the "Account Settings" menu, select the Profile tab.

Configuring Your Profile Information
The Profile page is divided into several sections.
Profile Picture
This is the image that will represent you on your booking pages and in communications.
- To upload: Click on the profile picture area to upload a new image.
- Requirements: The file must be a JPG, PNG, or GIF, with a maximum size of 5MB.
Personal Information
This section contains your basic identification details.
- First Name / Last Name: Your full name, which will be displayed to clients.
- Job Title: Your professional title (e.g., "Content Creator," "Consultant").
- Username: A unique identifier for your Calpace account.
Contact & Location
- Email Address: This is the primary email used for your account login and for receiving notifications. The "Verified" status indicates you have confirmed ownership of this email address.
- Country: Your country of residence.
Time Settings
These settings are critical for ensuring your availability is displayed correctly.
- Timezone: Set this to your current local timezone (e.g., Europe/London). This ensures that clients in other parts of the world see your availability correctly converted to their own time.
- Time Format: Use the toggle to choose between a 12-hour (e.g., 6:22 PM) or 24-hour (e.g., 18:22) time display throughout the Calpace app.
Account Created
This is a non-editable field that shows the date your Calpace account was created, for your reference.
Saving Your Changes
After making any adjustments to your profile information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button to apply them.
