1. What is your refund policy for different plans?

Our policy is designed to be fair based on the level of commitment for each plan.

  • Annual Plans (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee): We offer a 14-day "cooling-off" period for all annual subscriptions. If you decide Calpace isn't the right fit, you can cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, minus the non-refundable payment processing fees (see below for details).
  • Monthly Plans (Pay-As-You-Go): Monthly plans are non-refundable. This is because the monthly plan is a pay-as-you-go service that grants you immediate and full access to all features from day one. It offers maximum flexibility with no long-term contract, allowing you to cancel anytime and only pay for the months you need.

2. Why are payment processing fees non-refundable?

This is a key part of our commitment to transparency.

When you make a payment, a small portion of that payment (typically 2-3%) is collected directly by our secure payment partners (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to cover the cost of the transaction. These partners do not return this fee to us when we issue a refund.

Because this fee is not returned to us, we cannot include it in your refund. We only refund the portion of the payment that we actually receive.

  • Example: If your annual plan payment was £171 and the non-refundable processing fee was £4.95, your total refund would be £166.05.

3. How long does it take to receive a refund?

We process all approved refund requests as quickly as possible.

  1. Our Processing: We will process the refund on our end within 3-5 business days of your request being approved.
  2. Bank Processing: After we issue the refund, it can take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We will send you an email confirmation the moment we have processed the refund on our side.

4. How do I request a refund?

If you are on an annual plan and are within the first 14 days, please email our support team directly.

Your Subscription, Your Control

To avoid any unwanted charges, we make it easy to manage your subscription.

  • Cancel Anytime: You have full control to cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing & Subscription.
  • What Happens When You Cancel: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (month or year). You will not be billed again after that.
