Understanding Calpace plans
Calpace offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. The Free plan includes basic scheduling features for personal use. Pro adds advanced features like custom branding and integrations. Enterprise includes team features and priority support. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Managing your billing information
Access your billing information in Settings > Billing. Here you can update payment methods, view invoices, and manage your subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You'll receive email receipts for all transactions.
How to cancel your subscription
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Billing and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate anytime before the period ends without losing your data.
Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
