Sharing Your Service Booking Link
Once you have created a service, Calpace generates a unique booking link for it. You can share this direct link with your clients, allowing them to book that specific service without having to navigate through your main booking page.
This makes it incredibly easy to guide customers to the exact service you want them to book.
How to Copy Your Booking Link
Follow these two simple steps to find and copy the link for any of your services.
1. Navigate to the Services Page
From the main dashboard, click on the Services tab in the left-hand navigation menu. This will display all the services you have created.
2. Copy the Link
Locate the service you wish to share. On the service card, you will find a Copy Link button accompanied by a paperclip icon.
Click on Copy Link. The unique booking URL for that service will be instantly copied to your clipboard. You'll typically see a small confirmation message appear on screen to let you know the link has been copied successfully.
Where to Share Your Link?
Now that you have the link, you can paste it anywhere you communicate with your clients. Here are a few ideas:
- On your website: Add it to a "Book Now" or "Schedule a Meeting" button.
- In your email signature: Allow every recipient to easily book a call with you.
- Social media profiles: Add the link to your bio on Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
- Direct messages: Send the link directly to a client in an email, text message, or social media DM.
- Marketing campaigns: Include the link in your newsletters or promotional materials.
By sharing a direct link, you streamline the booking process, making it faster and more convenient for your clients to schedule time with you.
