Setting up your Calpace account
Welcome to Calpace! Getting started is simple. After signing up, you'll be guided through connecting your calendar, setting your availability, and creating your first event type. Make sure to verify your email address and complete your profile to get the most out of Calpace.
Creating your first event type
Event types are templates for different kinds of meetings you offer. Start by clicking 'Create Event Type' in your dashboard. Choose a name, duration, and description. Set your availability and any specific requirements. You can always edit these later as your needs change.
How to connect your Google Calendar
To connect your Google Calendar, navigate to the "Integrations" section in your account settings. Click on "Connect Calendar" and select Google. You will be prompted to sign in to your Google account and grant Calpace permission to access your calendar. Once authorized, your calendar will be synced.
Setting your availability
Your availability determines when people can book time with you. Go to Settings > Availability to set your working hours, time zone, and buffer times between meetings. You can create different availability schedules for different event types.
Sharing your booking link
Once you've created an event type, you'll get a unique booking link. You can find this link in your event type settings. Share this link in your email signature, website, or social media profiles to let others book time with you easily.
